Yes — one free exchange per order if a fragrance isn’t for you, even opened. Incense is personal; we’d rather you find yours.

Ordinary agarbatti is fragrance paste coated on a bamboo stick — when it burns, roughly half the smoke is burning wood and charcoal. Our sticks are extruded entirely from the fragrant paste, so only the offering burns.

All burning creates smoke and we recommend a ventilated room. But with no bamboo, charcoal or petrochemical accelerants, our burn is dramatically lower in particulates than conventional incense.

In their box, away from direct sun. The fragrances are natural oils and resins — they mellow and deepen for about a year, like good tea.

Yes: plant resins, flowers, oils and bark binder, with no cow dung or animal products, unlike most on the market.
