These terms govern your use of https://agnivaah.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight natural variation is part of hand-rolled incense. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, products or offers at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error), in which case we will refund any amount already paid. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

Payment

Orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). Your payment details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and costs are described on our Shipping & FAQ page. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The site content, brand name, logo, photography and copy are owned by Agnivaah and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

Incense is meant to be burned with care in a ventilated space and kept away from children and flammable surfaces. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
